Personal Information
  A native of Chihuahua, Mexico, Ray has lived in the Los Angeles area for the past 36 years. He attended California State University and the University of Southern California (USC) to earn his BA degree. Following college, Ray worked as an Elementary School Teacher as well as a Customer Representative for Pacific Bell. During his successful tenure in these fields, Ray honed valuable skills in communication, negotiation, customer service and attention to detail, all of which are vital to the success of his real estate clients today. His experience as a teacher also gives Ray the ability to explain complex subjects clearly and in an easily understood manner.

Ray is married and the father of 3, grandfather of 4. As such, he has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. Ray knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

Dedicated to his community as well as his profession and family, Ray has been a member of Volunteers in Service to America, serving as a teacher in low-income areas.
